Introduction:
Being a newcomer to the rapidly expanding solar industry can sometimes be overwhelming, we are here to tell you that it doesn't need to be this way! We have taken the initiative to make it any easy transition for you, read below to learn about the next steps.
With that said, here are 6 steps to success that will guide you through the process! 👊
1. Attend Friday Windmar Opportunity Webinar:
Every Friday at 1:00pm is the English "Windmar Opportunity" where the trainee position is explained in depth along with all of the benefits that go along with selling for Windmar. If you are interested in signing up click "Join Today" on the home page to RSVP today!
2. Complete Windmar Trainee Agreement
Once you have attended the Windmar Opportunity and have decided that you would like to take the next step you will need to sign the "Trainee Agreement" to officially join onto the team.
3. Create your Academy Training account
Upon completion of the "Trainee Agreement" you will receive in your email a link to join the Windmar Academy training courses. You will need to create an account and begin your first training courses!
4. Attend solar bootcamp and lead generation classes
The next step in your solar journey is to come into the office the Thursday after you have attended the "Windmar Opportunity" the previous Friday. Solar Bootcamp starts at 10:00 AM and will end at 1:00 PM where you will then be presented the opportunity to generate leads with our lead generation specialists. Be sure to wear something comfortable for the outdoors!
5. Close your first 3 deals
Now that you are officially a lead generation expert it has come time for you to book your first appointments and start closing your first deals with your mentor!
6. Graduate to a Solar Consultant
Once you have successfully closed a total of 3 mentored deals you will be graduated to a Solar Sales Consultant!
